If you're hesitating—don’t. Just book it. We had an unforgettable day with Fabio. He welcomed us like old friends, showed us around his farm (yes, we picked and tasted fruit straight from the trees!), shared the history of the place, and even talked about future plans. We were joined by some very sweet animal companions along the way too. The cooking? No printed recipes—just a relaxed, hands-on experience that felt like being in the kitchen with a close friend. The food was simple, rustic, and absolutely delicious. Fabio kept the conversation flowing and the vibe fun and easy.
